They never have anything in stock as far as ice cream
Front door was locked. Manager let me in then locked the door behind. Strange to say the least not to mention I am 100% sure... it's against fire code. Other folks from the neighborhood came by and said this is normal. Garbage operation! Read more
Ordered the DIY sundae package (24.99) online for next day store pick up as special treat for daughter and to try and support... local businesses. Arrived at drive thru and no order available. Had to come into store to try to work it out - as my youngdaughter was with me. They didn?t have the stuff in stock to make the sundaes and when I asked to have my credit card refunded(as the store had no problems charging my credit card in advance ????), they said I had to call customer support. I calledcustomer support and they told me the owner of store is responding for refunds. Staff was not helpful and I was there trying tosupport my local business. Read more
