The customer service was very unprofessional. I went here yesterday around 5:30-45ish for a large order that turned into a small... order. I needed six dinners and mac and cheese was one of the sides for all six. I noticed it was about three scoops of mac andcheese left in the display pan. I asked the cashier was there any more mac and cheese coming out and he asked the manager andshe told me it was going to be 30-45(really was 15) minutes and what was out was more than enough which upset me because shedidn't know how much I needed so I walked out and sat in my car directly in front to watch everything that was going on inside.I went back in 15 minutes later after the fresh pan of mac and cheese was set out. Six dinners went down to two. I ordered thebeef ribs which appeared to be less than what is needed for a meal. I asked the cashier is there more coming out and she told meno, keep in mind it's not 6pm yet and they close at 9. The manager asked what was the problem and I told her what I wanted toorder and like magic there was a fresh pan of beef ribs so at this point I'm confused as to why the young lady would lie or ifshe wasn't sure she should have asked instead of telling me there were no more beef ribs for the night. The energy was bad inthat place and I will never go back. We the customers are the reason why the doors to Bjs is still open. So sad to put this up here but, this bjs is trash now. I used to eat here at least twice a week just about 6 months ago and now... coming back it has completely gone to trash. I usually order the smothered chicken or the catfish, mustard or southern style.Today I ordered some catfish, which was cooked absolutely terrible. All my food was cold, as well my cabbage wasn?t cooked allthe way and there was nothing but cabbage in there?no mix. Mashed potatoes cold with no taste. I?m scared to even taste my peachcobbler. Roasted chicken thigh & leg 5/5 Macaroni 3/5 was a little salty and top layer could of been a little more crispy Sweet potatoes... 1/5 they were very mushy and tasted like canned sweet potatoes.
