We pre-ordered cupcakes in advance for our baby-shower. Left a deposit as requested. Now 2 days prior we were called to verify... if we still wanted them because according to them we left a very low deposit. When we had asked how much should we leave toensure our order is good. Well that was settled so the day comes to pick up the cupcakes they looked good they packed them upwhich my man didn?t pay much attention to packaging. Took cupcakes and once they were home they were all shoved to the sides.There were no cupcake place holders to keep them from moving. And it wasn?t like they were shaken in the car. The cupcakes werejust not baked correctly certain cupcakes were missing bread on top just unevenly baked. So I called the bakery explained tothem the issue. And their response was very unprofessional. No empathy no apology. After going this bakery chain for more than10 years I will not be ever ordering any from here again. Read more
Ordered a $125.00 cake that was suppose to be mocha flavored and decorated with fruits and white frosting. But i got a cake that... was basically falling apart because it was drenched in mocha and once the cake was being cut it was falling apart in crumblesworst possible place to buy a cake. Read more
