So glad there?s a breakfast place in the neighborhood where the food and experience are great! Every time we?ve come here, our... servers have been polite, attentive and friendly. They?ve been patient with our large family (that includes lots of little ones)and very accommodating. I?ve tried the French toast, chicken and waffles, egg white frittata, and chef?s crepes, and they?reall delicious! But my faves are the chilaquiles (pictured) and corn cake! They don?t skimp out on the meat and sauce in thechilaquiles, and the chips are the right balance of soft and crunchy. Two stars for good food and fast service, that?s about it. The bathroom has a sign to place used/ soiled toilet paper in the... garbage can, this is gross and a health issue. Call a plumber if your pipes need cleaning. The drinks are over priced, coffee is$3.60 a cup. Intelligentsia coffee is not that expensive. The menu is mostly Mexican/Latino dishes, serve Bustelo instead! Theycharge $2.50 for a can of Coke, we all know restaurants go to restaurant depot or Costco, so they are making a 200% profit onevery can of soda they sell. My friend asked for no sour cream, but it came with it. She didn?t want to ask for another platebecause we know those dishes get tossed & it?s a shame to waste food. The menu states 20% tip charged for parties of 5 or more.They also charge you 3% of your total food and drinks, plus tax it at Chicagos 10.25% tax rate for using a credit/debit card.
