I'm such a fan of Caribbean American and as a Jamaican the customer service isn't that bad, Americans are just used to people... babying/placating to them and that's just not our culture. I've been going there for a year since I moved to Chicago and lookforward to it everytime. I've gone twice this month and yesterday the patty and Coco bread????????!!!
