Poor service, bad unprofessional attitudes, long wait just to receive the wrong food that was cold. Had to wait in line again... for 30 minutes for them to just slap cold cheese on an already cold burger so I requested a refund. Was told I couldn't get arefund because no manager was on duty come back at 10am the next day! I said can you at least make new burgers, they did butthey looked gross. My dog wouldn't even eat them & she eats everything! I just threw them in the trash, wasted my money & overan hour of my time. Not apology no thank you didn't even give me a receipt! This place is awful, one day they had no burgers! (Aburger joint with no burgers, how ironic)The lot & drive thru are often dark which is dangerous. I have never had a goodexperience here. I try to support business in the area but they don't appreciate my patronage so I'll just pass them up justlike the McDonald's nearby because they are trash too. Read more
If I could leave a 0 I would! That's just how bad my experience was! I drove up to the drive thru a little after 10 am and not... one person in sight. I sat there for a few minutes trying to decide if this place had closed down. Finally a lady came fromnowhere rubbing her eyes; so I asked her was she sleep and she replied yes smiling. The checkers on 114th and Halsted you never know where they're going to be open the staff is very rude I wouldn't recommend... going there I try to go in once or twice a week when I'm around that way waiting for the bus my last experience the lobby wasopen I went in and a gag approach me and said what nothing happened but I noticed a car in the drive-thru I wonder what theyserving them and that's not the first bad experience and for me it been like that all summer Read more
The employee Marcus or Michael overcharged me for my order when I complained about the price suddenly I was offered a discount,... as if I couldn't add. He tried to keep my card and wouldn't give me a receipt. How do I reach corporate or the owner? It's onething to get an order wrong, but to steal from customers!
