Called to politely ask the status of my delivery because my food was due but the app still said it wasn’t on its way. That... woman was SO rude. Not sure if she was having a bad day, but boy did she ruin mine with her attitude. I've ordered from this place twice and I was fooled twice, never again. Both times I ordered from this place they forgot my... drink and instead of sending the driver back or another driver etc. they offered me store credit or I can pick it up from thestore. My last order with them ever included what was supposed to be sweet and sour chicken, instead I got fried chicken chunksand tasteless syrup. Even the name of this place is a disgrace, there's nothing gourmet about this restaurant. There are plentyof Chinese restaurants in the neighborhood, shop with them instead of gambling on lunch and dinner with this poor excuse of abusiness. Read more
