When they initially opened it was great. But it must have had a manager change and the portions got smaller. So I stayed away... for a long time. I tried them one more time, I again was disappointed. They forgot to add the steak! I went to the restaurantand they apologized but now the rest of the bowl was cold. Never again! Stay away! Go to the Bridgeview or the 7600 S Ciceroone. Read more
Apparently because they have customers waiting 30 mins gives them the right to yell at other customers because that?s exactly... what Jose did to me. I walked in and simply went to counter when I was rudely told ?you have to wait because this online orderhas been waiting for 30 mins? as I continue to stand there confused on what to do, Mr.Jose takes it upon himself again to tellme to wait again. I tell him I am waiting- he then tells me to take a seat! 1. Let me point out that I?m not a child andshouldn?t be spoken to that way. Secondly If you don?t like working with the public, why do you continue to work with thepublic?! You running behind has nothing to do with me. It?s always a way to say things and how and what he said was not thecorrect way. Very rude! Worst location there is. Staff is rude and just talk stuff under their mask and start laughing. My boyfriend asked for a double... wrapped burrito and they didn?t even wrap it. When we brought home it looked more like a taco then a burrito. Read more
