Too often we patronize these corporations who don't care about our health and safety. This is very sad that I must report this... issue, especially since this location just reopened. My husband and I decided last minute to stop in as we were driving past.We ordered 3 two-piece specials with fries and coleslaw. When we initially opened the boxes, you could smell the aroma of burntgrease. Unfortunately, the chicken had a horrible burnt taste which probably meant the grease had not been changed in some timeand therefore we could not even eat it. The coleslaw was sour and obviously had been from days before?didn?t dare eat it afterthe first bite. To top it off, the biscuits were hard and probably had been out in previous days too. The only good thing werethe fries, surprisingly. This location had been recently closed for updates, but it did not appear as if anything had beenupdated on the inside or outside. There are potholes big enough to flatten any car or SUV's tires. In addition, I noticed awoman who entered with a City of Chicago bag and stated she was there to see the manager. I called & email corporate my receipts cause I didn't receive half of order from 71 & Srony Island. I have 3 two pieces Smoking... Ranch 2 bombs and a few other orders. One box had 1 piece of chicken no bombers no biscuits. I email my receipts didn't get arefund only a apology. I email back after thy apology letter statement that I spent about $50 on a order and all you guys cansay is you sorry. That's a sad excuse for a company to tell a customer that got poor customer service and when I call.back up tothe churches. No stars. We ordered this when they opened TODAY but we got YESTERDAYS chicken. Its not even the same color and these are 3... tenders. awful awful awful. and this place just opened back up from being closed. You should have stayed closed, and thatparking lot should have been redone.
