2 hours late and no option to cancel. All the store did was tell us they hadn?t started it (1.5hrs in) and moved us to corporate... that then had us on hold for 30 minutes before hanging up. Ordered 4 times from this restaurant. The 1st two times it was great. The 3rd time I was told They had too many orders and... couldn't complete mine. I never did get my refund. The 4th time I ordered last night and the lady told me they don't deliver tomy area but I was in the same area...maybe a 10 mins drive from them and had gotten deliveries from them. Never ordering fromthis place again and I feel the lady was lying to me about delivery because she wasn't working on my order. Terrible Domino'sbecause of the bad service. Read more
Bad customer service. I received a call a couple of minutes before my order was due to get delivered. I was notified there... were no more brownies and if it was okay to change my order. If it was okay to switch to the cinnamon twists. I said it wasfine. Once I received my order. I understood why I got that call. I ended up getting the brownies. Which were burned! Couldn'tand shouldn't have to try and scrape the burnt off! Just ridiculous to get charged for something that's useless! They should ofjust thrown it away and refunded me my money!
