Whenever I come to this location past 8 they always say their system is updating and I can never buy anything.
They don't have chamoy for the mangonada, and they told me after I paid for the drink. They were so pathetic and asked me if I... wanted a free drink for a replacement. Bad service. Read more
Terrible Customer Service. The African American woman, that takes the payments at the Drive thru, has a terrible attitude. She... acts like she is buying your coffee and food out of her own pocket. This location really doesn't care for customer service. The Indian lady at cashier is always rude. It's the closest dunkin to my... house so at times I stop for coffee when I'm running late and they NEVER give me what I ask for even tho they will definitelycharge for the extra swirls. Then when asked they are rude and roll the eyes. I asked the Indian lady for my receipt to complainand she literally threw it at me and said "yeah here go complain." Horrible service from her ALWAYS.
