I've been finding myself enjoying dunken donuts more then starbucks lately. The prices are better, the coffee is as good or... better, and the food is good. I bought the avocado toast and with tomatoes and regretted spending 5$ at first (its just oneslice of bread), but it turned out to be delicious and pretty filling. Anyway keep up the good work O'hare DD employees, yourwait time was minimal and the food was tasty. Read more

They had one employee for almost 40 people. She held her own though, much respect. Tipped her a good amount since she didn?t... complain once and took order and also made them. Hire more people to help. Read more
Fast service but the grilled cheese sandwich was thrown together. The cheese was half on and half off and it tasted horrible... somehow. Not sure how you can mess that up. The donuts were super super stale and felt like cardboard. Took one bite of each andhad to throw it all in the trash. Unlike some of the other reviews though, the customer service was generally ok. One of the worst Dunkin experience at this airport location. The billing lady was nice but the other lady was the rudest lady I... have ever encountered. I waited for my order for 15 minutes and she gave me the half of my order and when I asked for the otherhalf she shouted that its only 2 of us working and be patient ( here I was Not even complaining about the late order I justasked reminded her i have other things in the order aswell) she banged the coffe on the table and went away.
