We loved it! The point of this diner is to be rude to each other as a part of an act, so if you’re easily offended it’s not... a place for you. But it is so fun if you enjoy a good sarcasm!???? The staff dresses up in costumes and puts on a quite a show.I mean literally! At one point they went up on the stage and started dancing a well-rehearsed dance???? Extra shot out to theguy in the Hawaiian outfit with the coconut breasts, we loved it here. Who would’ve known we could get so much laughter at alunchtime on a week day???? Read more
This place is so much fun. They are rude to you. But it's part of the act. They even sing and dance. The atmosphere is awesome.... The staff are incredible. The burgers are the best. Read more
I would definitely recommend this place for brunch to locals and tourists. We came for bottomless mimosa brunch on Saturday... morning and were not disappointed. The food was actually really good. The service was horribly good thanks to Grundle, who wasso sassy and kept topping off our mimosas to the literal top edge of our glasses. Definitely got our $20 worth of mimosas. It*is* one of those restaurants where they’re rude to you on purpose. It’s funny even watching the staff interact with thetables around you as well. Definitely worth checking out at least once! The staff played their roles well. Don't come here if you don't have a sense of humor. I got roadside with (special sauce) and... my husband got Route 66 (guacamole/bacon) burger. Overall food was great and I'd love to come again when coming back to Chicago. Read more

First time being back in Chi-Town after 24 years. De idea to go to Ed Debevic's New place. A year after opening the place is... fabulous & still maintains the personality of the Original place. Shout out to Axel our server who was just as outrageous asever. Loved his dance to Car Wash as well as the sarcasm. Thanks for your recommendations on food & for being a blast of pastabuse offered & appreciated by all Ed's customers.
