I ordered food on Oct. 16, 2022 I called to place an order for delivery because their menu said they deliver. The womam who... answered (who was very rude) answered and said that they don't do deliveries anymore. I said but I have your menu in front of meand it says you deliver. Now this lady with an attitude answered oh those menus are old we don't deliver and we raised ourprices as well. I was very confused since I had just received their menu a couple of days ago since I ate there recently apartfrom today. While I was confirming everything with what I was going to order, which wasn't even 10 seconds, she hung up on me. Icalled her back said why did you hang up on me when I was speaking to you, she said with even more attitude oh you didn't speakso I hung up since it was very busy apparently. I placed my order and sent someone to pick it up. Now when he went to go pick itup, that woman who spoke on the phone was talking to him very rudely. Also on top of that, the store wasn't even "busy" so shewas just not in the mood to work today by the looks of it. We use to come here every Friday years ago when we Iived in Albany Park. It was good and the waitresses knew us and they were... very friendly. Five years later the waitresses seem like they don't want anyone other than their own in the restaurant. Veryunfriendly and and they made sure that you saw how kind and friendly they were to their own. Your restaurant is in America andnot Mexico. How dare you treat people like they don't belong. Food is really good, there fast and I usually get the tortas, taco dinner or burrito dinner plate.
