Great place to eat with friends and family. Was super hyped for the food becuase everything is made in house. Our server was... amazing but it was kind of slow, maybe due to them being short staffed? We ordered a few appetizers, drinks and pastas. One ofour pasta was too salty so we let our server know, without any hesitation, he sent it back and we got a new one. The new one wasdelicious. Came here for dinner before going out for the night with friends and had a lovely experience. Our server was helpful and kind,... even agreed to turn the heaters on the patio down since it had warmed up so much. All of the food was beyond amazing, deliciousand special in every way. I have been here for dinner a number of times but this was my first brunch experience. Fantastic service as always and the food... was all delicious. The server provided excellent recommendations for the whole table. Admittedly I did think it was a bit priceyfor what it is, but that’s brunch in Chicago and at least everything is fresh and made in house vs other brunch’s churningout more generic dishes and experiences. Etta is AMAZING! Unfortunately, we were so hungry that I failed to take photos of the burrata, focaccia, and the wood fired... chicken! Everything we ate was incredible. The flavors were amazing, and everything was very fresh. The highlights of the mealwere the fire pie (we requested garlic to be added), the pork porterhouse, wood fired chicken (holy moly), and thefocaccia! Three of us ate here on Thanksgiving and there was a special menu for the day. The food was delicious. Wonderful service. Very... expensive. I was actually surprised by just how expensive it was. I don't regret it since everything was so great, but I don'tthink we will be doing it again. I would like to have dinner off their regular menu sometime though! Read more
