I'm traveling from out of town and thought I would enjoy a quick pick up meal for dinner. I ordered online an individual deep... dish pizza as well as a Caesar salad with chicken breast. I spent $30 on an Uber ride to get there and bring it back to myhotel. Upon arrival at the hotel the salad had no dressing and no chicken. Also the additional crushed red pepper I had askedfor wasn't in the bag either. I called the restaurant, explained what had happened, and they offered for me to either get acredit for future use, which would be stupid given the fact that I'm traveling and don't live here. Or I could spend another $30to bring back the salad in order to get another one made correctly. So they wanted me to spend $90 because of their mistake.That's pathetic. I was simply asking for a refund on the salad only. Instead I will contact my credit card to get a refund witha picture I will send them. Excellent customer service to your out of town guests! We needed a place to have Chicago?s deep dish pizza. A friend took us here. The pizza was tasty and so is the salad! It was very... busy but they sat our party of 5 at a booth after a short wait. We all had a good time. Read more
OMG. The crust is AMAZING. we ordered the individual deep dish, garlic cheese bread and endless coke. The servers are friendly... and very helpful in terms of ordering for the food I have a small appetite so i was done in 1 and a half slice of theIndividual deep dish pizza. My first deep dish pizza and it was definitely worth the wait! It was delicious! Deep dish pizza takes about 45 min to make from... when you order. The staff was so friendly and amazing! I am exited to come back! Read more
