Ordered wings and shrimp. Came in a deep pool of oil and buffalo flavor washed off. Been eating Hooters Wings since mid-90s. ... This is *not* normal. I called. Put on hold and had to listen to the shops recordings over and over for 12 minutes before aman got on the line and told me that he is going to remove the items from the menu!? Terrible attitude. This was my first, and very much last time at this establishment, and I was not impressed with the quality, nor portion size,... for the amount of $$ paid, which was $26+. I had a 10- Buffalo shrimp and a 6-Wings. The shrimp were very tiny, and the wingswere warmed over as if they had been previously cooked. This could've been so much better. But that's okay, because I'm astaunch supporter of Outback steakhouse, and their consistency in the wings as well as recently added bloomin' fried shrimp. Thecustomer service was good. $16.99 for 6 chicken tenders. One of the tenders was smaller than a single kitkat bar. Total ripoff, lol. Chicken tenders... were dry, photo speaks for itself. Service was okay, but chicken was not fresh, tenders tiny. Stingy. After tax, it wasalmost 20 bucks for 6 tiny tenders.
