Very rude and unhelpful staff! Definitely avoid this location!
If I could give zero stars, I would. I went to this location and Janice took my order and I asked for the meal but she only... charged for the sandwich. I didn't realize she didn't charge me and when I went to get my drink they said I didn't pay for it. Isaid I mentioned I wanted the meal and they called me a liar. Then proceeded to charge me full price for the chips and drink. Soeven though they didn't hear me and it was their mistake, they charged me extra for no reason. I asked for a refund and theylaughed and disrespected me and called me racist names. I don't know who raised those two girls but they obviously didn't do agood job. One of the girls said her name was "miss lady" and did not give her real name. She then proceeded to call me "thesewhite people" as if this was a common occurrence with the location. I work two blocks from this location so I order here quite often. Today I called to place my order for lunch and pay over the... phone like I typically do well on this particular day the person that answered the phone was incredibly rude. I asked a questionabout one of the subs she replied you can hang up and look at the menu online. I communicated that I wanted to place my ordershe then stated well you can come in because the systems were down, I ended the call and gave them ten mins just in case itreally was down. I called back the same girl answered the phone and stated u gotta come in and hung up. I?ve never experiencedsuch rudeness at this location but it?s safe to say I will not order here again nor will I recommend jimmy Johns to myemployees again. I order a sandwich from them and they gave me a small sandwich for $11.69. So I call back the store and the Manager Sam is very... rude, He continually hung up the phone in my face. He keeps tell me We are close and told him I understand but I had something Ineeded to address. I call back three or four times. Just rude. I ask for his General Manager number to report such bad customerservice. He doesn?t know when he be in. Terrible, I am pissed. I always order my lunch there because I work night and I enjoytheir sandwich. FYI I will not be ordering from them anymore and when my Coworkers seen the sandwich they were mad as well. I can?t believe how disrespectful the manager I talked to about my delivery was. I was met with uncalled rudeness and when I... asked to not be talked to in a disrespectful manner, they continued to and started raising their voice at me! I never got myorder delivered. I waited 3 hours and no one called me. I called twice before this man claimed they?ve been trying to call mefor 3 hours? this guy had some nerve to confidently tell me that MY PHONE has been off??? And I turned it back on and I guessthat?s how I?m calling them about my refund???? THEN THE NUMBER HE READ BACK TO ME WASNT MINE!!! So instead of reassessing thesituation he doubled down and hung up the phone on me. Claimed he couldn?t resolve the issue until Monday and that day wasSaturday. I literally have physical proof that I called that location twice before and not ONCE did anyone say they been tryingto get in touch with me, but I?m the liar right???? And the cherry on top was when they actually did call me like sir?????You?re unbelievable!
