Placed an order for Spaghetti with meat sauce and and a Fettuccine Alfredo pasta with Chicken. Our spaghetti came with barely... any meat and we found what looks like a long strand of blonde hair or a string in the spaghetti. Called the restaurant andmanager was absurdly disrespectful and had no regard on resolving the issue. I'm very disappointed at how the conversationended. The service and the food was excellent. I do have an issue though. I paid by credit card and was charged 3.5% without my... knowledge for paying with a credit card. this has never happened to me before and don?t understand why the customer should bepenalized for paying with a credit card. we asked before leaving and they told us there?s a note posted on the door about this.We checked and did see it on the door but it wasn?t at eye level- it was on the upper corner of the door where maybe a very tallperson would have seen it.
