I love this small vegan family owned cafe. Along with their variety of food choices and smoothies, there is always a wide... selection of board games, informational pamphlets and books on veganism, and classical music playing in the background. The foodis consistently delicious and best of all they are always considerate and careful about my food allergies. Well, I had a restaurant go way out of the way on Halloween this week! Good guess, it was Loving Heart Cafe! Apparently they... were closed that day for maintenance , but I had submitted an online order. I believe it was the owner calling an hour later andapologized profusely, but said they were.closed. “Where else do I eat?” I asked. He said, “let me just make it for youand bring it to your hotel!” Amazed at his tenacity, he delivered all the way across town in traffic for an hour and a half.The food was deelish & I wanted to thank you so much! I’m from Kansas City and I don’t know anywhere here who’d do whatyou did! If you take time to do this, what other magic are you doing for your customers/friends. My daughter is up there andglad she has a business who feeds their patrons with nutritious food and LOVE.
