This was our very first introduction to any M Burger establishment. Wife and I had a burger-fries combo one night at the Chicago... Premium Outlets location in Aurora, IL. Now I know what the M stands for in the name. MEDIOCRE! The patty was super salty andthe overall food quality was very unimpressive and overpriced. Read more
Stopped in while at NM. Had the chicken strips. Seemed a bit under cooked. Sarachi mayo was good. Fries and burger looked good... but I didn’t have them. Next time! Read more
Yum. Wishbtheey had more burgers to stand out from other places. Other than that, still bomb.
Food is not that good but customer service is horrible. They close the grill before closing time! I even spoke to the manager.... The manager had zero customer service. Absolutely no customer service here. Staff walked to counter, banged on the screen for a minute then just stopped and glared at... me. Placed my order for burger fries and shake and then she barked "WE DONT HAVE ICECREAM!" I just asked for the burger andfries and then she said again "I SAID WE DONT HAVE ICECREAM!"
