Only 2 customers in line in front of me and I waited 10 minutes to get service. I then waited 30 minutes for my order. When it... came , my sandwich was missing the cheese. I waited 5 more minutes to get help again. It took 10 more minutes to get cheese onmy sandwich. While I was there, they messed up 3 other customers order also. I will never go back there again. The chicken nuggets was dry, the latte was over sweet and strong, the fries were hard. They gave me no napkins or condiments.... There was no empathy or consideration for my time or money. Money is not easy to come by and people like me work hard to get it,its not handed to me. The young girl at the drive thru who handed me the food aggressively and didn't say have a good day oranything. They were rude, pushy and rushed me like I or the world don't contribute to their paychecks. It was so sad to receivethis treatment with everything going on in the world. Very rude and disrespectful staff members including manager. I order of the kiosk to dine in the never brought food to table... just left it sitting on counter when I finally received it 15 minutes later I ask staff about my drinks they made my drinks 7minutes later and the argued with me saying they didn?t see my order all of the front staff that were preparing the food and theyoung lady that was taking food to customers in there cars. I went to the McDonald's on 95th n Halsted. I was using a gift card, and it wouldn't scan at first. One of the cashiers took my... card to the back and charged me for a sauce I didn't get with my order. He claims he had to charge me that fee for the card towork.
