My wife and I love dim sum so we were excited to see what MingHin Cuisine had to offer. I was referred here by a friend who... loves their food. I can attest to their wide variety of dim sum. However, we didn't order any of their entrees so I can't attestto that. Everything we had was delicious and came out very quickly too. I saw some couples in and out of the restaurant withina half hour. I also like that they even provide complementary tea with your meal. I'd recommend this restaurant to anyone thatis in the mood for some dim sum. Read more
Decent Chinese food, but not the best. I’ve dined in and gotten takeout multiple times here as it’s the go to Chinese place... in Lakeshore East. Dim sum: Pretty mediocre, but the best you will get if you don’t go to Chinatown / Bridgeport Dishes: Abit above average, but doesn’t blow you away. Found these cartilage pieces in the pot stickers and in the pork peanut dim sum. Found a hair in the egg drop soup. Me and my... husband came here specifically for dim sum and could not be more disappointed. Meat was hard and dry. Nice atmosphere and theview through the window tho! Read more
My family and I stopped in after 8pm for some Dim Sum. There was hardly anyone there, maybe because it was a week night. This... place had great reviews so we wanted to try it. They give you an iPad to place your order for the table. We ordered Shu Mai,Curried Squid, some noodles with beef and a few other Dim Sum and everything was really tasty. Was craving some authentic Chinese food after a week in Chicago, and Ming Hin really hit the spot! A friend recommended it, and... said that Ming Hin is her go-to in Chicago every time for good Chinese food. I ordered a few dim sum dishes, and they were allgood. The portions were generous, and the ingredients tasted fresh, especially the shrimp. Four dim sum dishes and 2 beersworked out to $40, which is very reasonable for quality dim sum in downtown Chicago. I'll definitely eat at Ming Hin again thenext time I'm in Chicago. Read more
