We went in on a Saturday night and ordered pizza and pasta with a side of garlic bread. The pasta came out pretty quickly but... the pizza and garlic bread was taking forever and no one came over to our table. The servers then proceeded to sit at a tabletaking up half the restaurant and chat with them because apparently they were all friends. When someone finally came over togive our table water (but no glasses for the water) 30 minutes into our time there, we mentioned that we hadn’t gotten thepizza or garlic bread. Turns out that they gave the pizza to the wrong table (even though they gave us a table number). Theyhad given the pizza to the table with all their friends that they were chatting with. No idea what happened to the garlic bread.2 stars because the pasta was all right and they refunded us for the meal and gave us a voucher to comp our meal next timewe’re there. The food at Misano is sooo yummy! Knead has reopened its doors as Misano which is a different concept. It's now casual where... you order at the counter then they bring you your meal. I am glad about this change, I really prefer this style of eating... Ithink most people do. It also changed its focus to focus on fresh, local, farm-to-table ingredients. Again... yum!
