Would give it 0 stars if I could. (Edit review/update at the end) My husband placed an order for a pizza that was supposed to... be half cheese and half stuffed jalapeño. We specified online that we did not want tomatoes, bacon, and sausage. We alsonotated that we did not want our pizza cut due to dietary restrictions as we do not consume any pork products. My husbandbrings the pizza home and when we open up the box, sure enough the pizza is cut and there are large chunks of sausage all over.We immediately called the restaurant and spoke to the manager who expressed absolutely no concern for the matter. Didn’tapologize ONCE. He asks me which option I want and that is either to deliver another pizza or get a refund. We opted for thefirst option granted our experience was terrible but our kids were hungry so we just went with it. He claimed that all hisdrivers were available and that he was going to have a pizza sent out in “20-25” minutes. My call log states that the callwas made at 8:29 PM and the pizza was delivered at 9:14! But wait, our disgusting experience doesn’t end there. we cut intothe pizza and guess what there is? CHUNKS OF SAUSAGE. let me add that when I spoke to this sad excuse of a manager, I had torepeat my order twice to him so he can “make sure he gets it right.” Absolutely disgusting. Will never return to thishorrible restaurant. We called Morettis 6 times because their hours stated that they were open until 10 PM. My husband decidesto drive over with tbr pizzas and when we get to the restaurant, it was closed. After knocking on the door; a woman (had nothingto do it but she apologized) opens the doorand tells him that the restaurant is closed but my husband insisted he speak to thesame manager mentioned above. Worst dining experience. I ordered a Titos mule with peach and they brought it out in a cup that made absolutely no sense for... the size of a cocktail, photo attached for reference. They wanted to charge 12$ for that. This was made by the indoor bartenderand I had asked the outdoor bartender is that seemed right. I've attached photos of the actual difference of size. You can seehow different it is. I also ordered a burger on a gluten free bun. When it came out, the bun seemed a little odd. Sure enough,served on a regular bun. Rather than offer to remake the burger, the server offered to just bring me the bun only. I was alreadyfed up at point. I also ordered it medium rare and of course it was well done. I say it was ok because it just lacked luster, mediocre service and my soup was way too salty. Looked appetizing but fell flat... because it was inundated with sodium. The calamari & shrimp needed some seasoning. And the calamari wasn't fried long enough. Mycocktail wasn't very good either, it tasted like cough syrup.
