Overcharged then after calling them they told me that they would have to refund my money and charge me again which the refund... would take a couple of days to show up in my account. Such an inconvenience. Should have not overcharge me in the first placenot my fault. If I don?t check my receipt I would have not noticed. I suggested for them to just give me the credit for nexttime but all they told me they can do is give me one of their punched cards for a regular size drink or small coffee which wasnot the full amount overcharged. Ate there two days in a row. Not a ton of sandwich options, but it was fine! First day, got the cheesy sandwich, tasted good.... Second day, I tried something new. The turkey provolone. It was just not good. I tried to eat half of if, but decided to ask toexchange. I went up to the counter and told him I?d like an exchange because I did not like it. He took the sandwich and threwit away. Then, he went to ring me up for another sandwich. That?s when I questioned why? Long story short, if he would?ve toldme I needed to buy a whole sandwich, I would?ve suffered thru and atr the food I didn?t enjoy. Instead, he threw it away, andwanted to charge me full price for another sandwich. I was very confused and after him going back and forth, I said I don?t needa full sandwich, make me half, or I?ll even pay for some of it since I know he?s putting in work. After going back and forth, Ileft. He saw I ate less than 75% of the sandwich and did not mention having to buy a new one when I went to replace it. Would?vesolved all the issues. It?s a cute little spot. However, there was only one person running the entire store. That means cashiering, cleaning the lobby,... making drinks, and making sandwiches. I had to wait more than 10 mins for my order and another 20 to get my drink. If staffingis an issue(and for most businesses it is)they may want to consider not serving sandwiches or time consuming items on thosedays.This was not worth the headache of waiting for a $7 drink.
