This restaurant hands off your DoorDash order to a random without confirming the door dash order. When I called to let them know... my dasher is still waiting for them to prep my order again for letting someone else take my food. They said they couldn?t donothing about it any more and hung up. It's very silly that I am even writing this but here goes. Honestly it was a bad experience. I ordered through Grubhub. The order was messed up and the food wasn't prepared well or fresh... at all. Not the fresh tasty Panda Express I am used to experiencing. The entire meal tasted as if it had been sitting outforever, so much so that it did not smell or taste like it should. I ordered the Bigger Plate Combo with 2 1/2 sides and 3entrees. I recieved mainly Chow Mein with a bit of Fied rice sprinkled on the side ( see pictures) definitely not 1/2 and half.My 3 entrees were Broccoli beef, Mushroom Chicken and Orange Chicken. I checked off the option for utensils and condiments andrecieved none. No fork,spoon, soy sauce or sweet and sour sauce either. They totally forgot to send my Mushroom Chicken and thebottle of Coca Cola I ordered and was charged for. The springrolls were chewy not crispy as they ought to be. It was so bad Icalled to speak with a manager and also contacted Grubhub as well. The service was beyond poor and the food was below par andfor some reasons the portion was far less in comparison to other Panda locations I have been to.......What is going on here?????? Never again. The times I have gone I have never seen customers, yet there?s never food that?s fresh. The last time I went they... were so cheap with my order & not only that but I found multiple pieces of chin hair. Absolutely disgusting. Read more
