The Italian sausage pizza is well seasoned and has a nice tomato base and crunchy crust. The Italian beef is juicy and not... greasy. The ribs are tangy and cooked well done. However- the customer service is marginal. The portions have been reduced. The' family dinner' special is actually a small size and includes 1/2 inch piece of bread and 8 oz sides. It's reallydisappointing. The fries are usually cold and used to be steak fries. Now they are crinkle cut and the staff in carryout windowalways have an issue when asking for ketchup and forget to include inside the bag. Overall the food quality is better than therest but service is lacking and restaurant vibes are basic. Read more
