If this is the one on Halsted and Maxwell street, this is the one I am rating. I will not be going back I rather pay the extra... gas and go elsewhere. It seems like the females that work there have some kind of arrogance problem. Got my order wrong and thegirl made it seems like I was trying to fleece them. This has to be one of the worst locations I?ve ever encountered. McDonalds does a way better job then this place. Tonight I... placed two orders thru Uber eats for this location. Yeah I said two orders . First one they send the Uber driver with the wrongorder. mind you I blamed the Uber driver but when I reorder the order and still received the wrong order 60 dollars later on apetty order that should?ve only been 20 dollars they still managed to get the order wrong. Tried to order at 9 pm last night. They refused to make fries. Claimed to not have any tenders. Proceeded to give me old... chicken. The soda tasted like dish water. Refused to give my receipt. Worst experience of Popeyes history. Next move is toreport this debacle to corporate. Read more
This place serves you mini chicken. My drum was half the size and the rest is smaller than usual. My mash potato consistency is... off and the biscuit was undercooked. I threw away the biscuit as it became big clump of flour in my mouth. The worst of all iswhen I try to order through app my 8.99 order turned into 16.73 for pickup.
