This place normally delivers but recently let me down. I was excited to try the new limited edition gyro flatbread. I asked for... extra onion and tomato ? they put three tomatoes on my sandwich. Not to mention the flat bread was stale. Very disappointingafter having watched YouTube reviews on the sandwich to the point I got off my sofa and had to go get myself one! Le sigh. Bad service no respect asked how much bacon was extra and her response was idk and then she asked me if I still wanted the bacon... ?. I asked for a skinny and got a regular and was charged for a regular when I specifically asked for a skinny ?. I went to this Potbelly today after swearing I would NOT patronize another Potbelly after Nov 6 fiasco (and still waiting on... Corporate to call and get my refund). I wanted some soup (Chicken Pot Pie) plus it was cold and dreary outside and this wouldhit the spot. I took my chances and found this Potbelly just 2 blocks away from my daughter's school. OMG what a difference. Iwas greeted with a smile, it was clean and the staff was professional. UNLIKE THE TAYLOR STREET LOCATION (2 HORRIBLE INCIDENTS -NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN... THANKS TO THE MANAGER FROM HELL/TAMIA). Taylor Street needs to take note from the Milwaukee store andlearn how to treat the customers, clean the store and definitely work on their attire, personality, etc. Taylor St locationneeds an ENTIRE MAKE OVER/OVER HAUL.
