My mom and I dined in on a Sunday after church at the 5201 S. Pulaski Rd location. I called ahead with expectations of being... seated upon arrival. That didn't happen! I explained my mom uses a walker from a recent spinal cord surgery and could not sitfor long. The person who answered asked my ETA-I replied 30 minutes. When we arrived, the waiter at the podium smirked statingcalling ahead means you still have to wait. I asked to see a manager. Spoke to Rosie. I explained my mother's situation andthat she's a diabetic and needs to eat soon. Rosie was kind enough to allow my mom to sit at a table near the bar. She also gavemy mom biscuits and water. We waited at least 45 minutes to be seated. A lady customer arrived and made a scene about the waittime stating that she had 7:30 reservations to a movie theater. Rosie appeased the lady to quiet her down and seated her partyand served them. I was appalled. Especially when she knew my mom's situation. Seems she had a problem dealing with a difficultcustomer. To add insult to injury, we finally got served and my order was despicable. The waitress tried to convince me thatmy lobster tail was Rock Lobster, but clearly it was Maine . The cook sent a Maine lobster tail and placed it on top of ashell. I was livid! The rice was hard enough to chip my teeth, the broccoli was mushy and dry biscuits. Rosie tried to convinceme to not write a review by giving discount cards. I assured her I would not write a review, but I feel I should as I believethis is the only way customer service will improve at this location. Also, I will not use the discount cards. I received aresponse from the owner with an apology and requesting I send my personal information and to reach out on Facebook. I do notparticipate on Facebook. Please do something about the service at your store. That's all I asked! This used to be my favoriteRed Lobster location. Check your management. Please! Read more

My waitress was Armani today she was very good. Her memory is good she took orders without writing them down. I really enjoyed... her. She other customers were really giving her a hard time about something that was beyond her control. I mean they keptgoing on and on even called the manager over, for nothing. The food is mediocre and cold. But the worst part of this place is how they keep the lobsters. There is a big lobster tank as... soon as you walk in. And the tank looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks with yellow stains on the glass and debrisfloating in the dirty water. I also noticed that they keep the dead lobsters and mutilated lobster pieces in the same tank asthe live lobsters and when told about it the Hispanic lady with blonde curly hair said it wasn’t her job to clean that.
