Hey Just Came Here To Say Thanks For The 50 Piece Legs And Thighs ????? It Was Cooked Correctly, Hot And Ready & Delicious Than... Ever ? Whoever The Cook Is Cooked It With Love ???? 1. Called beforehand too see how far in advance I need to place a pick up .. Was told call on your way. No mention of exact... change needed or use a card 2. Called back place an order (2 for 8) to be picked up for me. It was 5:19pm. It Was at the end ofthe order was told about NO CHANGE RETURNS. I NEEDED EXACT CHANGE OR A CARD.... because I couldn't get it myself the person wasalready in route with the cash. SO not that I wanted it but added the can soda to round it out . Np. 3. The person got therewithin 15 mins and still didn't get the order until 6:15 AN HOUR LATER after my call in.. although there were others that camepicked up. Still don't understand why the wait! 4 When it arrived to me less than 10 mins later the food was not hot, thechicken looked old, I asked for mild sauce I got all hot sauce. After the unprofessional appearances and service corporateoffice needed to be called. 5 This was 1st time experiencing this restaurant... I been a customer for the longest since they open and use to purchase every other day at the location on 59th and Ashland so... since I moved around the area I saw the one on Roosevelt/Pulaski I don't understand why they never answer the phone and whenthey do it takes them 20min to 45min to answer, then high delivery fee plus the attitude like wth ugh I don't know how thisbusiness is still standing... Just gethoo and unprofessional... Owner should invest on people that want to really work ????meanwhile I would have to spend my money somewhere else! Read more
I have been going to this particular Shell gas station for 2 years. Gas prices are competitive with surrounding stations.... Depending on who's working, it can be from friendly to not so knowledgeable. Overall I think it's a descent place to dobusiness. Read more
