So, I was craving samosa chaat and bun kabab really bad. We were coming from out of town. I saw the reviews and decided to try... here. But I am sorry to say it made me really really disappointed. Bun kabab did not meet our expectations at all, bread washard, and what do I say about Samos chaat, not even ?close? to samosa chaat taste. They put sour yogurt with tasteless chutneyon top that was barely. As I was mixing It was very dry, and the chickpea didn?t taste good at all, it tasted like canned peas.The only thing we liked was the chicken samosa that they have in the front. But if you are a chaat and bun kabab lover thisplace isn?t for you. I am not coming here for chaats and bun kababs ever again whenever I visit next time. Read more
I have been going to this place for a very long time . Food is great but the customer service is horrible. This new young guy... who is been working there for a year has a BIG ATTITUDE problem and that?s why new hires guys there learn the same thing fromhim . He makes a customer feel like they are getting food for free. I like the owner. He is a really nice guy with good customerservice however , he is probably very naive to know what?s going on with the customer service. they will loose a lot of customerdue to this customer service if they don?t pay attention to this. One of the finest desi fast cuisine cafe, food is always inspiring and delicious but the customer service and the wait time is... worst. There is no permanent order taker available at the location, there?s a mixture of high school kids work over there. Trashover flows all the time no table touches at all. Management really needs to work on hygiene and cleanliness. Read more

Always great to visit Spinzer since I moved to Chicago in 2012. A really clean and well-maintained restaurant with great papri... chaat and zinger burger. Really loved their samosas, spring rolls and chicken drumsticks. They have everything a family couldask for. Keep it up guys. Read more
