I was surprised that in Chicago you can't get unsweeted matcha like in everywhere also. Strange.
My last 3 mobile orders 2/3/22, 1/26/22 and 1/25/22 were not prepared correctly. Visually I could see upon arrival to pick up... the blended beverage order, that it was missing an option I selected. This place is crazy busy every weekday morning. And for how busy it is these people kill it! Usually it?s the same crew every... morning and they?re awesome. Remy and another guy (starts with a z and is pretty tall) are always there to welcome you with asmile, they remember everyone?s names and faces. Nice place/bring a book to read! You will be greeted at the register then wait and wait for your drink/food! When I arrived I... found two smiling people ready to take my order. Then I watched one guy restock everything while one guy made the drinks. Eventually he received help from a woman while the two were still at the register (no one in line) and one was stocking. Thetwo making the drinks were going just as fast as they could while being run over! I watched the woman grab 5-6 slips from themachine which tells them which drinks to make and added them to the long line of drinks waiting to be made already. The guythen repeated this! These two individuals kept at this for the 15 minutes it took them to make my drink and for me to leave! Ikept wondering why the two at the register didn't come over to help make drink as no one was in line for several minutes and oneperson could have held down the fort as it were taking orders. Management decision? I would have pointed out that my drink wasnot correct, but I didn't want to wait 15 or more minutes for another one. The drink did taste good and I enjoyed it. Myadvice here is bring a book to read or order well in advance. The person I was there with said that we received our drinksfaster than normal, so we should be grateful!
