Quite honestly, this location has the friendliest employees of any I have been to, regardless of time of day and how busy they... are. The only name I can remember is Patrick, but the whole morning crew (usually there around 8am) is kind and always smiling. It's a great way to start off the day! Read more

Probably one of the worst Starbucks in Chicago. The staff members are completely unprofessional. Their hours do NOT match they... close the inside around 9:30 and only have the drive thru open till 10:30 NOT 24hrs. I ordered my coffee for pick up and showedup to the store at 9:35 pm just to find it closed when i called the store to explain to them the situation they told me to standin the drive thru line i told them i didn?t have a car and they laughed and hung up the phone!
