Our servers name was Philip and he was sweet and attentive! We decided to dine outside on the patio and it was comfortable and... warm out there on a windy night in the city. The food was SO good! We ordered the Baked Emerald Spinach Dip and it was verytasty. The ratio for bread to dip was off so we did have to ask for more bread and our server quickly came back to fulfill ourrequest. We also ordered the Irish Sausage Roll for our second appetizer, which was also very good. For our entrée i orderedMiguel's Famous Chicken Tortilla Soup, it was really good and had just the perfect amount of spicy to it! My sister got the RichSeafood Chowder and seemed to enjoy it greatly. We ended the night with the Apple Crostata and it was large enough to share. Ialso ordered a SECOND order of the Emerald Spinach Dip to take home because it really was, so flippin' good!! Guess what imeating as i post this ????????? Everything was delicious and i would love to come back if im ever in the area. I recommend ifanyone hasn't tried it to go check it out! Read more

My all-time favorite Irish pub. Having visited Ireland, this pub felt like the real deal. I love the interior. Lots of wood... and Irish themed decorations. The food is excellent. Love the hummus plate. The corned beef is sooooo food. The burgers arecooked on a grill and are very delicious! Whenever we are in the area, we have to go to this location. Read more

Went here for the Alice in Wonderland Immersive Experience upstairs and had a great time. All the actors were fully committed... their characters and played their parts well. They were pretty funny and entertaining; definitely recommend. Read more

Amazing selection of beers and whiskeys! There's ample indoor and outdoor seating. We went on a Sunday night when there's live... music, I think each Sunday, traditional Irish, which I haven't heard since visiting Dublin. The food looks great, will try nexttime! Read more

We met on St. Patty's and have a 'thing' for Irish pubs, so Husb and I have visited our fair share (in any city we're in,... provided we have the time--complete cornballs, I admit). Anyway, that said; I have to put this right up on the top shelf withwith the best of them--and not just because of the cozy fireplace and dramatic ceilings and exposed brick (though it easily fitsthe bill for movie-set worthy, ultimate pubiniess). We ducked in out of the freeze and sat next to the fireplace; saw severaltables enjoying their drinks and playing games, and we quickly mind-melded with the laidback mood. The bartenders that day wereserving warm, dry charm and delicious drinks. My memory is hazy (wonder why), but I do know my fave was The Snuggler (PeppermintSchnapps, hot chocolate, topped with fresh whipped cream)--a better boozy hot chocolate I can't recall. We shared a very richand satisfying Sausage roll--the curry sauce really did a lot for me. Can't remember what hub ate, but I know it kept himoccupied and away from my delicious Shepherd's Pie (lucky me!)... Though Chicago has no shortage of heavily decent Irishjoints, we'll definitely be back to this one. Read more
