So let me preface this with I read that this is in the top 10 places to go for pizza in Chicago. With that being said here's my... take on the pizza. I got the largest size, which was a large, and immediately was a little surprised because it seemed on thesmaller side. However I wasn't judging on the size, so I opened the box and checked out the visual. I loved the look of thepizza, everything looked like it got the same attention in the oven instead of certain parts looking cooked more over others.Next was the taste, and it didn't disappoint. If you like cracker thin crust, this is definitely for you. There was enough sauceand toppings to make sure each bite had done, but not overly done that it soaked through the crust and made it soggy. I did likethat aspect of the pizza, even though it was paper thin, the crust held up to the sauce and toppings. While the size wasunderwhelming, the pizza was good, and u can understand it being in the top 10 pizza spots in Chicago. Read more
Extremely disappointed. The pizza didn?t even look fresh and was lukewarm (we did dine in). Hardly any cheese or pepperoni. Left... more than half of it because of how bad it was. **CASH ONLY** WARNING** CASH ONLY** 1st time ever at Vito and Nicks. I have seen it on all the Chicago food blogs. Rated the... best thin crust in Chicago. It was delicious. Definitely did not disappoint. Very unique taste to the pizza. The seasoning ontop of the pizza was super tasty. I tried the sausage pie and the Italian beef and hot giardiniera pizza.
