If I could give 0 stars I would, but unfortunately I can?t. They took 30 mins took give me my order (inside the store). I had to... go and get my order asked again and said that after 25 mins the order is removed from their system. I will never come to thisWendy?s again and look at the lettuce, really, a half slice lettuce. Horrible service. Read more
Found two long hairs in my fries and didn?t realize until it was in my mouth. Whoever was making the fries clearly wasn?t... wearing a hairnet and made a health code violation. Keep in mind I have a crew cut. Read more
Placed a mobile order and when I got there went thru drive thru. Told me to pull forward and wait a little longer. Waited 10... mins then finally went inside. They had my slip on the counter but nothing prepared. Ended up waiting a total of 30 mins.Mistakes happen, unfortunately. But it's still 2 stars. No apology no explanation.
