Scanner wasn?t working for drive thru, had to go inside. When I got inside they were changing the register tills, so I stood... patiently for 5 minutes cause I get they were in the middle of something, but after 5 minutes they just left without sayinganything. Weird. Tried to flag down one of the ladies and she just gave me the cold shoulder and pointed to a gentleman. Ok? SoI waited another 5 mins(my mistake) and then finally spoke very loudly to get someone to help me. Like it?s fast food and youguys aren?t even that busy. Horrible drive through service. Rude and obviously with no enthusiasm. They have 2 cars waiting and they act like they can?t... multitask. I was disappointed. I ordered coffee. She poured out the old coffee to make a fresh pot, but then discovered that there were no... filters. We had gone there specifically for coffee. I had a crispy chicken BLT it was okay. Pop is no substitute for coffee. Read more
This location is not half bad, its obviously doing something right. The other day (Saturday 7/23/22) I was at the drive through,... and there were about 12 other cars behind me waiting to order. I was very impressed with how calm and collected the young mantaking the drive through orders was. He had a pleasant demeanor and that made all the difference for people waiting for theirfood.
