Went in on a Tuesday at 830pm and they told us the lobby was closed. Signs on the doors say lobby open till 12am, 7 days a week.... We just moved to the area and love Wendy?s. We walked. Please fix your posted hours for the lobby as even google has the lobbyopen will 11pm, 7 days a week. Third time with a bad experience here. Won?t go back. Read more

On Saturday I pick up a double Dave's at 510pm and and I brought it for my son on the first bite my son noticed the meat... wasn't cook I didn't have time to call Wendy's because my son swollen the first bite and started to throw up I was worryfor my son at that moment, then he got sick from it. I went the next day, and fort the Manage in charge told me she can't do nothing about it because the General manager was off and she can't refund me because she will be short, so I told her youneed to do something or contact someone, I open the burger and she saw it was raw the meat was pink. She felt bad and Richout someone at the corporate and got my refund back, I'm not satisfied with the solution. Read more
The food at this location has really gotten horrible. I ordered burgers and buns were hard and burgers were cold. Ordered drive thru, was told to park and they would bring it out to me. I had to wait 25 minutes before they finally brought the... food. Everything in the order was wrong, except the chocolate frosty. I ordered a bacon pub grilled chicken. Instead I got atiny grilled chicken on a normal bun, one slice of bacon and nothing else on it and it was cold. I ordered a large fry, but onlygot a small and they were extremely cold. I ordered spicy nuggets, but only received normal nuggets, that were spilled in thebag. Going back today to try and get a refund and I will never go back to this location. Read more
