Horrible experience! I paid for 2 crispy chicken sandwiches and received them and they had absolutely no mayo or lettuce when i... called to ask they informed me they were out of lettuce and that?s understandable but that?s something that should of been madeclear upon being ordered, I ordered non-spicy nuggets and was giver spicy nuggets, cashier at the window can?t count and droppedmy change on the floor after dropping some drinks and just looked at it and laughed! the owner of this place needs an entire newstaff! This Wendy's establishment is horrible! I do not even know where to begin. First time I visited I waited in drive thru line for... over 25 minutes. While I waited I decided to do a mobile order hoping this would shorten my wait time. When I finally arrived tothe window they were still trying to get my items together and the food was cold. The second, and this will be my last time,long drive thru lines (again) so I decided to go inside. Cashier was friendly but you can tell she was new, which is finebecause at least she was trying(which is more than I can say for anyone else working there). I asked for a salad and was toldthey had no salads... Ok, I'll just take a chili and small Dr. Pepper. She rings me up and gives me a cup to fill my drink.Well, one of the two machines was totally down and the other had half its drinks out of stock. No lids, no forks or spoons. Thedining area was a mess. I waited for 20 minutes (after I ordered) for the same lady who took my order to let me know they had nomore chili. Not her fault.. She was actually the only one trying to bag orders after taking the orders, but no way to run abusiness. Horrible management. The other employees had no sense of urgency at all and were just standing around. At one pointthey wouldn't take anyone's orders that walked into the dinning area and told them they had to order using a kiosk.. Well, thekiosks were not working. I asked for a refund and so did two other patrons waiting behind me. This place is a joke. Please saveyour time and energy and visit another location or establishment. Read more

I?ve been here twice in the past two weeks, and I should have learned from the first time already to avoid getting stuck here... the second time. Both times, my partner ordered our meals over the phone app to be able to pick it up right away, but the waitat the drive thru is horrendous. We were sitting next to the intercom for what feels like 20 minutes before someone even saysanything. No ?Will be with you soon? or ?Give us a few minutes?, just silence for a very long time. And all we have to tell themis we?re picking up a mobile order we already paid for, so it?s not like we can even leave to go somewhere else. The first timewe came here, waited ages at the intercom, wait even more at the window and they give us our food without even saying anything.No ?here you go/here?s your food?, not even a thank you. I know it?s just a Wendy?s but it?s so unprofessional that they can?teven be polite. This is by far the worst ?fast? food / worst Wendy?s I?ve ever experienced, horrible service and the wait isterrible. You will wait forever in the drive thru, and you can see that through the window that the workers look like they don?tcare. I hope they either get it together, or I don?t think they deserve to be in business. Read more

Poor customer service. Personal things are more important than getting rid of a long line. 5 customers in line. Same person was... cleaning/organizing pop machine condiment counter went to take care of register without washing hands. Then he went to fillorders was in kitchen area all without washing up after being in dining area. Food at room temp. Burger patties looked like theyhad been sitting for awhile. Had to go back and get missing items and no apology given. Read more

Very disappointed with this Wendy?s and have given them multiple chances to get it together since they are new. Wait time in the... drive thru Lane is on average 15-20 mins. To then get rude service, barely any eye contact, and not even fresh food served toyou. Don?t even bother if you are in a hurry don?t go there. I?d rather drive to the one on Harlem & Higgins for piping hot foodand great service. Read more
