I ordered my food for delivery from there website and it was delivered via doordash. My food is COLD. The water from the veggie... sticks is all in my fries and they are soggy? I ordered a bottle of Simply lemonade I received 2 cups of fountain lemonade thatare watered down and taste like rust. I called the restaurant to get a refund for my fries and my drink. I have been on hold forover 30 mins they literally picked up the phone and put me in hold. This isn?t my first horrible experience from this wingstopthe staff is lazy and rude and no one cares. I live in this neighborhood and that?s why I go in Roosevelt to that location I?venever received bad food or bad service. How every the doordash driver was great. I have now been on hold for 42 minutes AVOIDTHIS PLACE!!! They could probably get something done right if they weren?t all high all the time. Just had wing stop for the first time ever and from this location. Had the bone in wings with bbq sauce. The sauce was good but... the wings were fried really hard and barely edible. The wings barely had meat in them as well. The fries were better with thebbq sauce on them. If I were to ever eat here again and they learned how to cook wings without overcooking them I woulddefinitely give them a better review but until then I gotta say my experience was not all that. Horrible customer service especially the night Time crew, I had a call in order didn't arrive to the location until 20mins pass... my call in Time. I was told my order would be ready in 15 minutes got to the location and waited an additional 15mins after Ipatiently waiting then decided to ask after 15 mins had passed about how much longer I was told I was waiting on fries but I hadwitnessed the cooks bag up multiple fries in other call in orders. I ask to speak with a manager and because of his attitude andthe way he handled things promped me to write this review he was African American short plus size with dreads darker skin and hewas very unprofessional about the situation so I asked for my money back and went to the location in Evergreen park it was aplesent visit at that location and also at this particular location on 87th employees are always hanging outside of therestaurant smoking weed very sad and uninviting Read more
