Came to Chicago Heights location around 3:15 in the afternoon on a Sunday. There was no food ready and was told it would be a 25... minute wait. They had no crazy bread available. While waiting I saw a staff member pick something off of a pizza with their barehands and then continue to close that pizza up to serve to someone. Read more
This place needs to be investigated by public health officials or shut down they had 2 people working in unsanitary conditions.... The employee making the pizzas never washed his hands and was handing food while taking orders on the register and again henever washed his hands so disgusting and not customer friendly at all. I was afraid to buy any pizza from here. It just didn'tyell cleanliness. These owners should be involved in the care of their restaurant chains they lose business especially I otherssee what I saw unless they just don't care. Read more
This store is pathetic. 4 days in a row I tried to get something. First it was nothing is ready, then it was they needed exact... change, then it was cash only no cards, then today go in and there are 6 other people waiting, two pizzas ready and the guyssays it's gonna be another 10 minutes for anything. Just went here on June 4th, 2022 at about 5:40 or so and to my pleasant and happy surprise, there were hot-n- ready pizzas... ready. They are the only Little Ceasars I have gone to in about 3 years that had hot-n-ready pizzas ready so I have to praisethem. The pizza is beautifully made and I'm indulging in it right now. Could not be happier. The workers at this Chicago HeightsL.C. should get a raise for being a cut above the rest. Their service is better than locations in Indiana such as Schererville.The guy who rang me up was really nice. I'm thankful for his friendliness. It was a perfect experience. Read more

was just there this past Saturday on the third and the boy working the front was extremely rude and couldn?t even help me and my... cousin with our order. He kept yelling at us that online orders were to the left as they would usually be as we told him thatit?s asking us to ask the cashier at the front for our order. He was extremely rude to all the people there as well as wasgiving attitude to all the customers there. We waiting for an additional 15 minutes since there was a line for our order and hekept yelling at us that our order was in the pick up online order kiosk. I told him nicely that in the email it?s asking for himto hand out order to us as it looked the kiosk was full of online orders as per the email said. He then asked for my cosuinsname as that?s the name the order was under checked the kiosk went to the back for 10 minutes then a lady came out ask for ourname again and our order was in the kiosk. He was just way too rude and ignorant to not even check. Horrible customer serviceand I hope that boy gets retrained to not be giving attitude or yelling at customers just for asking simple questions as per wejust wanted to receive our order. Read more
