We went here a little while back and we sat outside in the patio with our dog. Staff was very nice. Glad we got there a bit... early. It got busy, but not where the wait staff was affected by it. We had a variety of items, pizza, salad, fries, calamari.my husband had I think it was pulled pork mac and cheese. All super tasty. Our server was great and the food was good. Unfortunately the burger that I ordered was extremely under cooked. I was hoping... maybe it would continue to cook to medium doneness as I requested when ordering as it ?rested? so I chose not to send it back topotentially get microwaved and then given back overdone, I ate what I could/felt comfortable eating which was around the edgesof my burger. But after some time I cut into the other half to check the doneness and it was RAW. I was done and couldn?t eat itnor did I want to. I didn?t want another burger made or have it warmed up at that point as my family was finished with theirmeals and we were ready for the check. When our very nice and polite server came back to gather our plates and give us thecheck, my husband asked if it could be taken off our bill given the circumstances. He could see for himself how the burger wascooked and apologized profusely. At that point, the manager(Nicole) at that time for the lunch shift, came to our table with myplate of food and felt the need to inform us that she would take the meal off our bill just this once but because I ate ?half?the burger(which is not true) she shouldn?t have to. I thanked her and told her she didn?t have to take it off our bill but Iclearly could not eat that. She went on to say I should have sent it back or said something from the beginning. I understand toan extent what her point was but I also wasn?t trying to cause any issues. What I could eat was good and like I already stated,I thought the burger would come to doneness a little more as it sat but it did not. She made me feel not only embarrassed butguilty for saying anything in the first place. It would be one thing if I ate majority of my meal and asked for it to be takenoff simply because I didn?t like it but that was not at all what I did. Came here to release stress for what it feels like a Friday at work. Got myself a Georgia peach and a seared Ahi burger with a... side of regular fries and jalapeño ranch for dipping. After a great conversation with my good friend over this scrumptiousfood, will surely come back! Kudos to our server Nicole who was very nice! Read more

Last night 3/18/22. We were originally supposed to celebrate my friend's birthday elsewhere, but it didn't work out. So last... minute we decided on going here. Not our first time here and past visits have had some issues, but hey what do you do. Firstit took a awhile to get service, but they were busy. Forgiven. Then the ray of sunshine comes in. In the form of our server,Flora. Personable, attentive and just a beautiful attitude. Drinks were good. The only issue is they don't give you enough frieswith the burgers. Never had to wait long for fresh drinks. Just a great experience. We will be back. Read more

All around awesome!!!! Our table of 6 first timers all agree. The atmosphere, food, menu and most of all the service! Couldn't... stop talking about how great every worker is on spot. Welcoming service means i'm definitely going back. ;) Read more
