Stopped by for the first time today, driven by tons of times but recently found out that all their pizzas are 2 for the price of... 1, so I decided to try. Both pizzas I got were baked to perfection, the ingredients were super high quality, and they were freshout of the oven. Not overly greasy, great crispy and undercarriage. We love JT?s! They aren?t some chain restaurant that doesn?t care how they cook your food. Tonight we got pizzas, salad and... garlic bread and everything was delicious. My wife ordered our pizza with 5 toppings The pizza that was selected was a 1 topping pizza and instead of make the pizza with... all the toppings I ordered they chose 1 of the toppings for me made the pizza and wouldn?t correct this. I called her back tolet her know I was upset and she basically called me a liar and said if I came here all the time I wouldn?t have made themistake. No refund and no correction. She wasn?t even friendly about it. Never coming back they were already overpriced and thecustomer care is lacking. Owners are so cheap they would rather save 3 dollars than a customer.
