I wish I could give this a negative star rating. Everytime I have been here there has been some kind of major issue. Has really... really gone down hill. Service is horrible. Seems like they thought if they ignored me for a while, I'd just leave. Next timealso took forever, the last time I got a meatball sub with no meatballs... Seriously! I placed an order on the app and selected a favorite I had saved. Unknown to me they had changed the sauce and updated my... favorite with the new sweet onion teriyaki sauce. The sauce is not good in my opinion. I looked back at my order and thedescription states it is made with chicken marinaded in the new sauce also. That is not true, the chicken was just plain and notmarinaded. Its sad that they make such a horrible change to something I have been eating for a very long time. Worst subway ever. They mess up my order EVERY time and it's unfortunate bc they're the only subway in Chili. They've also... overcharged me before. Check your receipts. Also, I was cut off several times when trying to order my food. Read more
