This cold stone is a constant disappointment. First went there and their hours on google are all out of wack and were closed at... 7pm. Second time I go, they have no cake batter ice cream whatever they substituted it for was not similar. Third time, they areout of cookie dough and the ice cream is rock solid in spots. Out of a lot of the add INS. Guy waiting on us keep wiping his nose. While waiting on us. Young workers standing around, when... tables needed to be cleaned and trash was over full. I ordered a got to have it Chocolate Devotion. 1st they stated they did not have brownies but was using chocolate donuts... instead. Then they stated they was out of chocolate donuts. I asked them to just substitute it with M&M's. I then realized thata Snickers Bar would taste better so I changed it to Snickers instead of M&M's. I also asked to have a Heath Bar added to it.When they stated they did not have any Snickers I went back to M&M's. When I got my container it only had Chocolate Chips, M&M'sand Heath. It did not have any of the sauces in it. I was very disappointed in the service we had, along with the quality of theIce Cream.
