Very disappointed in my meal today. Used the drive through. Ordered beef and broccoli. It was a container of broccoli with very... little beef. The broccoli was not very well cooked. Also ordered cream cheese Rangoons. I pulled around to the parking lot toeat and they were cold. Not a good meal at all! Read more
Great experience, from the food to the staff!! Hannah apologized that the item we wanted would take a few minutes, offering us... water(we hadnt ordered drinks) while we waited!! My daughter likes knowing the names of employees there, it's one of herfavorite places, and Hannah was the first person to let my daughter know her name and asked her for hers!! My experience on Weds. night 06/22/2022. I loved your Honey Walnut Shrimp, chow mein, super greens,& cheese rangoons! The... parking lot was clean. I had to wait just a few minutes for my shrimp but that was ok because my entire meal was hot& fresh! Theemployees working the drive thru window & speaker were nice to me and let me ask alot of questions. It was only my second timeeating there. I am going back today because the food was great and your staff on speaker and at the window were nice andhelpful. What?s wrong with this place? I normally don?t leave bad reviews, but here is always something wrong! Once they didn?t have... 90%of menu, another time they let you order at drive through , served cars right before you and all of a sudden they accept onlycash!!???? This is by far the worst Panda Express. The last 5 times I've tried to purchase food there was always something wrong...the card... machine not working, only food available is the rice, no beverages available. This time it was they weren't making any stir fryfood...excuse me but isn't pretty much all your food stir fry? This applies only to the Panda in Chillicothe. All the others hasbeen good. Read more
