Love the Philly Steak here but I can?t hardly ever catch this particular location open during their advertised hours. It?s now... Friday evening 07/15/2022 @ 9:30 p.m. and it?s closed. The hours on the door say open until 11:00 p.m. ? Not good for businessguys! Read more

I walked in at 9:10pm which I realize was close to their closing time (10pm) but the level of service was extremely poor. I... think shutting down 50 minutes before closing is excessive. The person taking my order was having trouble hearing because theother worker was vacuuming. It felt like I was inconveniencing the people working. Please let me know if my expectations are toohigh. I ordered three subs and two fries. My sub was made incorrectly which I didn't eat because I really don't like mustardwhich I specifically excluded from my order. I also didn't get the large fry that I ordered. Overall I didn't value the $32.91that was spent as I couldn't eat my sub. The only minor saving grace is that two of the subs (for my family) we're madecorrectly. If it weren't for that my rating would be a one. Read more
