went in with my sister and the manager, josh has a horrid attitude. harassing employees, not to mention he made my drink and it... tasted awful, not correct at all!! told other employees that he didn?t understand pronouns and continued to call them ?she/her? and the employee CLEARLY wants to be referred to as he/they!!! horrible manager, mean and inconsiderate. Overpriced, poor excuse for good coffee
I try not to give bad reviews, but I have to. There is no reason to have a bad attitude towards customers when they haven?t... done anything. There is one girl with glasses and long brown hair that is rude every time I go there. I try not to mindbecause I know food service sucks, but this girl was rude to my mom when she came in and that?s a no-go for me. Sorry for the 1star for the rest of the baristas, but your co-worker needs to get it together or just quit. Read more
